The number of companies within the body of chamber of commerce and industry in Anatolia, which shows its power in production by being among the industrial giants, is increasing every year. The ICI 500 success of the industrial production companies in the region, especially despite the earthquakes, revealed their contribution to the country's economy.

According to the results of Turkiye's Top 500 Industrial Enterprises 2023 Survey prepared by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ICI), when the organizations in the ICI 500 are ranked according to the chamber information they are affiliated with, the distribution continues to change in favor of Anatolia. Although it has been on a downward trend in figures in recent years, the largest share still belongs to the Istanbul Chamber of Industry with 151 companies, followed by the Ankara Chamber of Industry with 45 enterprises. The Aegean Chamber of Industry and the Kocaeli Chamber of Industry are in the ranking with 38 organizations each, followed by the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry with 29, the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry with 16, and the Kayseri Chamber of Industry with 14 organizations. The chamber presidents who took part in the survey evaluated the ICI 500. The net sales of Adana companies from production increased by 56 percent. Zeki Kivanc, President of the Adana Chamber of Industry, stated that Adana, which was represented by 14 companies in 2022, was ranked in the 2023 ICI 500 list, and said, "In 2023, which was a challenging year for the whole world and our country, especially with the effect of the quake disaster of the century we experienced one after the other as a region, it revealed its reflections on the industrial sector. While the net sales of 14 companies from total production were TRY 67.3 billion in 2022, the total net sales of 11 companies reached TRY 82.6 billion in 2023. Although the number of companies has decreased, the total amount of net sales has increased." Pointing out that the average sales of each of the companies on the list in 2023 increased significantly compared to 2022, Kivanc said, "There is an increase of approximately 56 percent in average net sales. This increase shows that the individual performances of the companies have improved."
