Established in 2013 on 200,000 m2 of land in Mersin, Aves produces 1 million tons of vegetable oil, meal and biodiesel per year with a daily capacity of 500 tons of crushing, 700 tons of refining, and 1,100 tons of filling capacity in Turkiye's and Europe's largest fully integrated oilseed processing and biodiesel facility.

Aves, which has a wide range of products, processes oilseeds such as soybeans, sunflower seeds, corn, canola, safflower, flax and false flax with the latest technology, and adds value to the Turkish economy with its domestic and international business volume with the crude oil and meal obtained. It ranks among the 150 largest industrial enterprises in Turkiye with its export volume increasing by more than 40 percent annually, its export markets diversified without compromising on quality and trust, and its annual production capacity of over 1.5 million tons.

 

MODERN FACILITY WITH HIGH CAPACITY

Senan Idin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aves, said, "With our mission to become a global group company, we are breaking our own production capacity record at Turkiye's only production line with our largest capacity, most modern oilseed crushing and high-protein meal production facility built on an area of 81 thousand square meters which it started to invest in Amasya with a budget of 50 million USD in 2022, and we are breaking new ground in the livestock sector with the production of high-protein meal, which is our patented product."

 

WE SUPPORT FARMERS

Idin said: "Similarly, in the same year, by completing Turkiye's largest peanut processing facility investment with a budget of 10 million dollars in the Silopi district of Sirnak in a short period of one year, we daily produce 400 tons of shelled and inshell peanuts at our facility which was built on an area of 36,000 m2 with a storage capacity of 20,000 tons. We aim to increase our contribution to sustainable production by supporting farmers in Silopi, which is the 3rd highest peanut growing region in Turkiye, and to benefit the society by creating a new employment area for the people of the region."
